Users accessing lipo77 from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Each User is permitted only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. If your personal details change (e.g., phone number, email address, residential address), you must update your Account settings immediately. Failure to maintain accurate information may delay withdrawals and KYC verification.
Warning: Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
lipo77 operates in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. All Users are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. In some cases, lipo77 may require KYC verification before processing deposits or activating certain Account features.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. The standard minimum deposit is Rp 50,000 for major banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and Rp 20,000 for e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). Maximum deposit limits are set to comply with Indonesian banking regulations and may vary based on Account verification status.
Most deposits via BCA, BRI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay are processed instantly. Bank transfers to BNI, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP typically process within 15–60 minutes. During Indonesian banking holidays (e.g., Idul Fitri, Nyepi, Indonesian Independence Day) or weekends, bank transfer processing times may be extended.
lipo77 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond lipo77's control.
All deposits must originate from an account held in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. Repeated attempts to deposit from third-party accounts may result in Account suspension.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits. If you deposited via BCA, your withdrawal will be sent to your registered BCA account. If you used multiple deposit methods, lipo77 will process withdrawals proportionally or request that you designate a preferred withdrawal account.
Minimum withdrawal is Rp 100,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are set based on your Account verification tier and payment method. Standard verified Accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of Rp 50,000,000. Higher limits are available for VIP-tier members.
Withdrawals to BCA and BRI accounts typically process within 15–30 minutes during business hours (WIB). Withdrawals to other banks may take 1–3 hours. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are processed within 15 minutes under normal conditions. All withdrawal requests are subject to manual review for security purposes, which may extend processing times during peak periods.
lipo77 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, expedited withdrawal services (if available) may incur a nominal fee, which will be clearly disclosed before you confirm the transaction.
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least 1x (one time) before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement applies to both bonus and non-bonus deposits. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 1,000,000 before you can withdraw any funds from that deposit.

All bonuses offered by lipo77 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are clearly displayed on the promotion page and must be accepted before activating any bonus.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough"), which specifies the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a 100% match bonus with 10x wagering on a Rp 1,000,000 deposit means you must wager Rp 10,000,000 (10 × Rp 1,000,000) before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

Any User found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, and their Account may be permanently suspended.
If you request a withdrawal before completing bonus wagering requirements, the active bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus will be forfeited. Only your original deposit balance (minus any bets placed using bonus funds) will remain in your Account.
All bets are subject to acceptance by lipo77. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, technical error, or market manipulation. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your bet history, it becomes final and binding.
Sports bets are settled according to official results announced by the relevant sports governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). Casino games, slots, and live dealer games are settled according to the rules published by the game provider (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming). Settlement times vary by game type but typically occur within minutes of the event conclusion.
If a bet is accepted at odds or terms that are materially different from the market standard due to technical error (e.g., a decimal point error listing odds of 100.0 instead of 1.00), lipo77 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the stake. We will notify affected Users as soon as the error is identified.
If a sports event is canceled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or declared void by the governing body, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded. This rule applies to single bets, parlays (mix parlay), and accumulators. In the case of parlays, the voided selection will be treated as a non-runner, and odds will be recalculated accordingly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password. lipo77 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, change your password immediately and contact our support team.
lipo77 strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for enhanced Account security. 2FA adds an extra layer of protection by requiring a one-time code sent to your registered phone number or email address whenever you log in from a new device.
You must notify lipo77 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach. lipo77 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access if such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
Sharing your Account credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited. Each Account is personal and non-transferable. If lipo77 detects Account sharing, we reserve the right to suspend the Account and void all related transactions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on lipo77 and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

While lipo77 strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our platform will be available at all times. Technical issues, scheduled maintenance, and unforeseen outages may temporarily disrupt access. lipo77 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service unavailability.
lipo77 integrates with third-party game providers, payment processors, and data sources. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures originating from these third parties. Any disputes with third-party services must be resolved directly with the relevant provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, lipo77's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you deposited in the 90 days preceding the claim. lipo77 is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages under any circumstances.
lipo77 is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, internet service disruptions, or pandemics.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting lipo77 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 7 business days.
lipo77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately if:
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant Accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 until the Account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. lipo77 will notify you via email before applying dormancy fees.
If you request permanent self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming Policy, your Account will be closed permanently and cannot be reopened. This decision is irreversible, and any attempt to create a new Account will be detected and blocked.

lipo77's decision on any dispute is final and binding unless overturned by a court of competent jurisdiction. By using lipo77, you agree to accept our decision on disputed matters in good faith.
